Privacy Policy

Effective September 30, 2026

In short: there are no accounts and no cookies. We never see what you type into the worksheets. If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address only to tell you about Just Divvy, and we never sell it.

This Privacy Policy explains how remarQable LLC ("remarQable", "we", "us" or "our") handles information in connection with Just Divvy, the website at justdivvy.com and the resources you can download from it.

1. What you enter in the worksheets

The spreadsheet and PDF worksheets work entirely on your own device. Names, values, notes and anything else you type into them are never sent to us, and we cannot see them. If you use the Google Sheets version, your copy lives in your own Google account and is covered by Google's privacy policy, not ours.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist. If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you give us. The form is processed by Formspree, which receives your address, the time you signed up and standard technical details such as your IP address, and passes your address to us.

Emails you send us. If you email us, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, downloads, referring websites and waitlist sign-ups. Plausible does not use cookies, does not collect personal information and does not track you across other websites. It reports totals, such as visits by country and device type, not individual visitors.

Server logs. Like most websites, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.

3. Cookies

Just Divvy does not set cookies, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking. That is why there is no cookie banner.

4. How we use information

We do not sell or rent your personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the website, under their own confidentiality and security commitments:

We may also disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid court order, or if needed to protect the rights, property or safety of remarQable, our users or the public.

6. How long we keep it

7. Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email dev@remarqable.io.

8. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we take reasonable steps to protect the small amount of information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

Just Divvy is meant for adults. It is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

10. International users

Just Divvy is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, your information, such as a waitlist email address, will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from yours.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and change the effective date above. If a change materially affects how we use waitlist addresses, we will email the people on the list.
